Last updated: 5 September 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the Estonia Business Setup Consultation provided by Megfur OÜ ("Megfur", "we", "us" or "our").
For information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data, and about the cookies and similar technologies used in connection with our website and services, please see our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Megfur provides a paid consultation intended to provide general business information and practical guidance relating to establishing and operating a business in Estonia. The consultation consists of one private consultation of up to 60 minutes and may include a general discussion of the customer's business plans, company setup considerations, accounting, VAT, banking, compliance, service providers and other practical matters relevant to establishing or operating a business in Estonia.
2. No professional or regulated advice
The consultation provides general information only. Megfur does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration or other regulated professional advice through this service. Information discussed during the consultation should not be treated as a legal opinion, tax opinion, accounting opinion or guarantee of any particular outcome. Where the customer's circumstances require specialist advice, Megfur may recommend or introduce the customer to an appropriately qualified or authorised professional service provider. The customer remains responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Megfur does not guarantee: • approval of an Estonian company; • approval of a VAT registration; • approval of a bank or payment account; • approval of e-Residency; • acceptance by a service provider; • tax treatment; • immigration or residence status; • or any other regulatory or commercial outcome. Decisions made by Estonian authorities, financial institutions, service providers and other third parties remain outside Megfur's control.
4. Partner introductions
Where appropriate, Megfur may introduce customers to independent third-party service providers. The decision to use any third-party provider remains entirely with the customer. Any agreement for services provided by a third party is between the customer and that third party. Megfur is not responsible for the third party's services, fees, advice, performance or contractual obligations.
5. Referral commissions
Megfur may receive a referral commission or other commercial compensation from selected service providers when a customer uses their services following a referral or introduction by Megfur. Where applicable, this commercial relationship will be disclosed to the customer. Customers are not required to use a Megfur partner and may choose another provider.
6. Consultation booking
A consultation must be paid for before an appointment is confirmed. After successful payment, the customer may select an available appointment time through the booking system. Appointments are subject to availability.
7. Rescheduling
A customer may reschedule their consultation using the booking link provided in the confirmation email, subject to the availability of alternative appointment times. Megfur may impose reasonable limits on repeated rescheduling.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal rights
Where the customer is a consumer and the agreement is concluded online, statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, apply. Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may request that the consultation service begins before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period. Where the service has begun with the customer's express request and consent, the customer's statutory withdrawal rights may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information before and during the consultation. Megfur may rely on information supplied by the customer when preparing for and conducting the consultation. Megfur is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information provided by the customer.
10. Confidentiality
Megfur will treat information provided by customers confidentially and will use it for purposes connected with providing the consultation and related services, subject to applicable law and Megfur's Privacy Policy. Where the customer requests an introduction to a third-party service provider, relevant information may be shared with that provider to facilitate the requested introduction, subject to the customer's consent where required.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megfur is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made by the customer based on general information provided during the consultation or from actions or omissions of third-party service providers or authorities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern regarding the consultation, please contact Megfur at info@megfurou.com. We will review the matter and seek to resolve it reasonably.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
